PaulcalledtobeanapostleofJesusChristthroughthewillofGodandSosthenesourbrotherUntothechurchofGodwhichisatCorinthtothemthataresanctifiedinChristJesuscalledtobesaintswithallthatineveryplacecalluponthenameofJesusChristourLordboththeirsandoursGracebeuntoyouandpeacefromGodourFatherandfromtheLordJesusChristIthankmyGodalwaysonyourbehalfforthegraceofGodwhichisgivenyoubyJesusChristThatineverythingyeareenrichedbyhiminallutteranceandinallknowledgeEvenasthetestimonyofChristwasconfirmedinyouSothatyecomebehindinnogiftwaitingforthecomingofourLordJesusChristWhoshallalsoconfirmyouuntotheendthatyemaybeblamelessinthedayofourLordJesusChristGodisfaithfulbywhomyewerecalleduntothefellowshipofhisSonJesusChristourLordNowIbeseechyoubrethrenbythenameofourLordJesusChristthatyeallspeakthesamethingandthattherebenodivisionsamongyoubutthatyebeperfectlyjoinedtogetherinthesamemindandinthesamejudgmentForithathbeendeclareduntomeofyoumybrethrenbythemwhichareofthehouseofChloethattherearecontentionsamongyouNowthisIsaythateveryoneofyousaithIamofPaulandIofApollosandIofCephasandIofChristIsChristdividedwasPaulcrucifiedforyouorwereyebaptizedinthenameofPaulIthankGodthatIbaptizednoneofyoubutCrispusandGaiusLestanyshouldsaythatIhadbaptizedinmineownnameAndIbaptizedalsothehouseholdofStephanasbesidesIknownotwhetherIbaptizedanyotherForChristsentmenottobaptizebuttopreachthegospelnotwithwisdomofwordslestthecrossofChristshouldbemadeofnoneeffectForthepreachingofthecrossistothemthatperishfoolishnessbutuntouswhicharesaveditisthepowerofGodForitiswrittenIwilldestroythewisdomofthewiseandwillbringtonothingtheunderstandingoftheprudentWhereisthewisewhereisthescribewhereisthedisputerofthisworldhathnotGodmadefoolishthewisdomofthisworldForafterthatinthewisdomofGodtheworldbywisdomknewnotGoditpleasedGodbythefoolishnessofpreachingtosavethemthatbelieveFortheJewsrequireasignandtheGreeksseekafterwisdomButwepreachChristcrucifieduntotheJewsastumblingblockanduntotheGreeksfoolishnessButuntothemwhicharecalledbothJewsandGreeksChristthepowerofGodandthewisdomofGodBecausethefoolishnessofGodiswiserthanmenandtheweaknessofGodisstrongerthanmenForyeseeyourcallingbrethrenhowthatnotmanywisemenafterthefleshnotmanymightynotmanynoblearecalledButGodhathchosenthefoolishthingsoftheworldtoconfoundthewiseandGodhathchosentheweakthingsoftheworldtoconfoundthethingswhicharemightyAndbasethingsoftheworldandthingswhicharedespisedhathGodchosenyeaandthingswhicharenottobringtonoughtthingsthatareThatnofleshshouldgloryinhispresenceButofhimareyeinChristJesuswhoofGodismadeuntouswisdomandrighteousnessandsanctificationandredemptionThataccordingasitiswrittenHethatgloriethlethimgloryintheLordAndIbrethrenwhenIcametoyoucamenotwithexcellencyofspeechorofwisdomdeclaringuntoyouthetestimonyofGodForIdeterminednottoknowanythingamongyousaveJesusChristandhimcrucifiedAndIwaswithyouinweaknessandinfearandinmuchtremblingAndmyspeechandmypreachingwasnotwithenticingwordsofmanswisdombutindemonstrationoftheSpiritandofpowerThatyourfaithshouldnotstandinthewisdomofmenbutinthepowerofGodHowbeitwespeakwisdomamongthemthatareperfectyetnotthewisdomofthisworldnoroftheprincesofthisworldthatcometonoughtButwespeakthewisdomofGodinamysteryeventhehiddenwisdomwhichGodordainedbeforetheworlduntoourgloryWhichnoneoftheprincesofthisworldknewforhadtheyknownittheywouldnothavecrucifiedtheLordofgloryButasitiswrittenEyehathnotseennorearheardneitherhaveenteredintotheheartofmanthethingswhichGodhathpreparedforthemthatlovehimButGodhathrevealedthemuntousbyhisSpiritfortheSpiritsearchethallthingsyeathedeepthingsofGodForwhatmanknoweththethingsofamansavethespiritofmanwhichisinhimevensothethingsofGodknowethnomanbuttheSpiritofGodNowwehavereceivednotthespiritoftheworldbutthespiritwhichisofGodthatwemightknowthethingsthatarefreelygiventousofGodWhichthingsalsowespeaknotinthewordswhichmanswisdomteachethbutwhichtheHolyGhostteachethcomparingspiritualthingswithspiritualButthenaturalmanreceivethnotthethingsoftheSpiritofGodfortheyarefoolishnessuntohimneithercanheknowthembecausetheyarespirituallydiscernedButhethatisspiritualjudgethallthingsyethehimselfisjudgedofnomanForwhohathknownthemindoftheLordthathemayinstructhimButwehavethemindofChristAndIbrethrencouldnotspeakuntoyouasuntospiritualbutasuntocarnalevenasuntobabesinChristIhavefedyouwithmilkandnotwithmeatforhithertoyewerenotabletobearitneitheryetnowareyeableForyeareyetcarnalforwhereasthereisamongyouenvyingandstrifeanddivisionsareyenotcarnalandwalkasmenForwhileonesaithIamofPaulandanotherIamofApollosareyenotcarnalWhothenisPaulandwhoisApollosbutministersbywhomyebelievedevenastheLordgavetoeverymanIhaveplantedApolloswateredbutGodgavetheincreaseSothenneitherishethatplantethanythingneitherhethatwaterethbutGodthatgiveththeincreaseNowhethatplantethandhethatwaterethareoneandeverymanshallreceivehisownrewardaccordingtohisownlabourForwearelabourerstogetherwithGodyeareGodshusbandryyeareGodsbuildingAccordingtothegraceofGodwhichisgivenuntomeasawisemasterbuilderIhavelaidthefoundationandanotherbuildeththereonButleteverymantakeheedhowhebuildeththereuponForotherfoundationcannomanlaythanthatislaidwhichisJesusChristNowifanymanbuilduponthisfoundationgoldsilverpreciousstoneswoodhaystubbleEverymansworkshallbemademanifestforthedayshalldeclareitbecauseitshallberevealedbyfireandthefireshalltryeverymansworkofwhatsortitisIfanymansworkabidewhichhehathbuiltthereuponheshallreceivearewardIfanymansworkshallbeburnedheshallsufferlossbuthehimselfshallbesavedyetsoasbyfireKnowyenotthatyearethetempleofGodandthattheSpiritofGoddwellethinyouIfanymandefilethetempleofGodhimshallGoddestroyforthetempleofGodisholywhichtempleyeareLetnomandeceivehimselfIfanymanamongyouseemethtobewiseinthisworldlethimbecomeafoolthathemaybewiseForthewisdomofthisworldisfoolishnesswithGodForitiswrittenHetakeththewiseintheirowncraftinessAndagainTheLordknoweththethoughtsofthewisethattheyarevainThereforeletnomangloryinmenForallthingsareyoursWhetherPaulorApollosorCephasortheworldorlifeordeathorthingspresentorthingstocomeallareyoursAndyeareChristsandChristisGodsLetamansoaccountofusasoftheministersofChristandstewardsofthemysteriesofGodMoreoveritisrequiredinstewardsthatamanbefoundfaithfulButwithmeitisaverysmallthingthatIshouldbejudgedofyouorofmansjudgmentyeaIjudgenotmineownselfForIknownothingbymyselfyetamInotherebyjustifiedbuthethatjudgethmeistheLordThereforejudgenothingbeforethetimeuntiltheLordcomewhobothwillbringtolightthehiddenthingsofdarknessandwillmakemanifestthecounselsoftheheartsandthenshalleverymanhavepraiseofGodAndthesethingsbrethrenIhaveinafiguretransferredtomyselfandtoApollosforyoursakesthatyemightlearninusnottothinkofmenabovethatwhichiswrittenthatnooneofyoubepuffedupforoneagainstanotherForwhomakeththeetodifferfromanotherandwhathastthouthatthoudidstnotreceivenowifthoudidstreceiveitwhydostthougloryasifthouhadstnotreceiveditNowyearefullnowyearerichyehavereignedaskingswithoutusandIwouldtoGodyedidreignthatwealsomightreignwithyouForIthinkthatGodhathsetforthustheapostleslastasitwereappointedtodeathforwearemadeaspectacleuntotheworldandtoangelsandtomenWearefoolsforChristssakebutyearewiseinChristweareweakbutyearestrongyearehonourablebutwearedespisedEvenuntothispresenthourwebothhungerandthirstandarenakedandarebuffetedandhavenocertaindwellingplaceAndlabourworkingwithourownhandsbeingreviledweblessbeingpersecutedwesufferitBeingdefamedweintreatwearemadeasthefilthoftheworldandaretheoffscouringofallthingsuntothisdayIwritenotthesethingstoshameyoubutasmybelovedsonsIwarnyouForthoughyehavetenthousandinstructorsinChristyethaveyenotmanyfathersforinChristJesusIhavebegottenyouthroughthegospelWhereforeIbeseechyoubeyefollowersofmeForthiscausehaveIsentuntoyouTimotheuswhoismybelovedsonandfaithfulintheLordwhoshallbringyouintoremembranceofmywayswhichbeinChristasIteacheverywhereineverychurchNowsomearepuffedupasthoughIwouldnotcometoyouButIwillcometoyoushortlyiftheLordwillandwillknownotthespeechofthemwhicharepuffedupbutthepowerForthekingdomofGodisnotinwordbutinpowerWhatwillyeshallIcomeuntoyouwitharodorinloveandinthespiritofmeeknessItisreportedcommonlythatthereisfornicationamongyouandsuchfornicationasisnotsomuchasnamedamongtheGentilesthatoneshouldhavehisfatherswifeAndyearepuffedupandhavenotrathermournedthathethathathdonethisdeedmightbetakenawayfromamongyouForIverilyasabsentinbodybutpresentinspirithavejudgedalreadyasthoughIwerepresentconcerninghimthathathsodonethisdeedInthenameofourLordJesusChristwhenyearegatheredtogetherandmyspiritwiththepowerofourLordJesusChristTodeliversuchanoneuntoSatanforthedestructionofthefleshthatthespiritmaybesavedinthedayoftheLordJesusYourgloryingisnotgoodKnowyenotthatalittleleavenleaveneththewholelumpPurgeoutthereforetheoldleaventhatyemaybeanewlumpasyeareunleavenedForevenChristourpassoverissacrificedforusThereforeletuskeepthefeastnotwitholdleavenneitherwiththeleavenofmaliceandwickednessbutwiththeunleavenedbreadofsincerityandtruthIwroteuntoyouinanepistlenottocompanywithfornicatorsYetnotaltogetherwiththefornicatorsofthisworldorwiththecovetousorextortionersorwithidolatersforthenmustyeneedsgooutoftheworldButnowIhavewrittenuntoyounottokeepcompanyifanymanthatiscalledabrotherbeafornicatororcovetousoranidolateroraraileroradrunkardoranextortionerwithsuchanonenonottoeatForwhathaveItodotojudgethemalsothatarewithoutdonotyejudgethemthatarewithinButthemthatarewithoutGodjudgethThereforeputawayfromamongyourselvesthatwickedpersonDareanyofyouhavingamatteragainstanothergotolawbeforetheunjustandnotbeforethesaintsDoyenotknowthatthesaintsshalljudgetheworldandiftheworldshallbejudgedbyyouareyeunworthytojudgethesmallestmattersKnowyenotthatweshalljudgeangelshowmuchmorethingsthatpertaintothislifeIfthenyehavejudgmentsofthingspertainingtothislifesetthemtojudgewhoareleastesteemedinthechurchIspeaktoyourshameIsitsothatthereisnotawisemanamongyounonotonethatshallbeabletojudgebetweenhisbrethrenButbrothergoethtolawwithbrotherandthatbeforetheunbelieversNowthereforethereisutterlyafaultamongyoubecauseyegotolawonewithanotherWhydoyenotrathertakewrongwhydoyenotrathersufferyourselvestobedefraudedNayyedowronganddefraudandthatyourbrethrenKnowyenotthattheunrighteousshallnotinheritthekingdomofGodBenotdeceivedneitherfornicatorsnoridolatersnoradulterersnoreffeminatenorabusersofthemselveswithmankindNorthievesnorcovetousnordrunkardsnorrevilersnorextortionersshallinheritthekingdomofGodAndsuchweresomeofyoubutyearewashedbutyearesanctifiedbutyearejustifiedinthenameoftheLordJesusandbytheSpiritofourGodAllthingsarelawfuluntomebutallthingsarenotexpedientallthingsarelawfulformebutIwillnotbebroughtunderthepowerofanyMeatsforthebellyandthebellyformeatsbutGodshalldestroybothitandthemNowthebodyisnotforfornicationbutfortheLordandtheLordforthebodyAndGodhathbothraiseduptheLordandwillalsoraiseupusbyhisownpowerKnowyenotthatyourbodiesarethemembersofChristshallIthentakethemembersofChristandmakethemthemembersofanharlotGodforbidWhatknowyenotthathewhichisjoinedtoanharlotisonebodyfortwosaithheshallbeonefleshButhethatisjoineduntotheLordisonespiritFleefornicationEverysinthatamandoethiswithoutthebodybuthethatcommittethfornicationsinnethagainsthisownbodyWhatknowyenotthatyourbodyisthetempleoftheHolyGhostwhichisinyouwhichyehaveofGodandyearenotyourownForyeareboughtwithapricethereforeglorifyGodinyourbodyandinyourspiritwhichareGodsNowconcerningthethingswhereofyewroteuntomeItisgoodforamannottotouchawomanNeverthelesstoavoidfornicationleteverymanhavehisownwifeandleteverywomanhaveherownhusbandLetthehusbandrenderuntothewifeduebenevolenceandlikewisealsothewifeuntothehusbandThewifehathnotpowerofherownbodybutthehusbandandlikewisealsothehusbandhathnotpowerofhisownbodybutthewifeDefraudyenotonetheotherexceptitbewithconsentforatimethatyemaygiveyourselvestofastingandprayerandcometogetheragainthatSatantemptyounotforyourincontinencyButIspeakthisbypermissionandnotofcommandmentForIwouldthatallmenwereevenasImyselfButeverymanhathhispropergiftofGodoneafterthismannerandanotherafterthatIsaythereforetotheunmarriedandwidowsItisgoodforthemiftheyabideevenasIButiftheycannotcontainletthemmarryforitisbettertomarrythantoburnAnduntothemarriedIcommandyetnotIbuttheLordLetnotthewifedepartfromherhusbandButandifshedepartletherremainunmarriedorbereconciledtoherhusbandandletnotthehusbandputawayhiswifeButtotherestspeakInottheLordIfanybrotherhathawifethatbelievethnotandshebepleasedtodwellwithhimlethimnotputherawayAndthewomanwhichhathanhusbandthatbelievethnotandifhebepleasedtodwellwithherlethernotleavehimFortheunbelievinghusbandissanctifiedbythewifeandtheunbelievingwifeissanctifiedbythehusbandelsewereyourchildrenuncleanbutnowaretheyholyButiftheunbelievingdepartlethimdepartAbrotherorasisterisnotunderbondageinsuchcasesbutGodhathcalledustopeaceForwhatknowestthouOwifewhetherthoushaltsavethyhusbandorhowknowestthouOmanwhetherthoushaltsavethywifeButasGodhathdistributedtoeverymanastheLordhathcalledeveryonesolethimwalkAndsoordainIinallchurchesIsanymancalledbeingcircumcisedlethimnotbecomeuncircumcisedIsanycalledinuncircumcisionlethimnotbecircumcisedCircumcisionisnothinganduncircumcisionisnothingbutthekeepingofthecommandmentsofGodLeteverymanabideinthesamecallingwhereinhewascalledArtthoucalledbeingaservantcarenotforitbutifthoumayestbemadefreeuseitratherForhethatiscalledintheLordbeingaservantistheLordsfreemanlikewisealsohethatiscalledbeingfreeisChristsservantYeareboughtwithapricebenotyetheservantsofmenBrethrenleteverymanwhereinheiscalledthereinabidewithGodNowconcerningvirginsIhavenocommandmentoftheLordyetIgivemyjudgmentasonethathathobtainedmercyoftheLordtobefaithfulIsupposethereforethatthisisgoodforthepresentdistressIsaythatitisgoodforamansotobeArtthoubounduntoawifeseeknottobeloosedArtthouloosedfromawifeseeknotawifeButandifthoumarrythouhastnotsinnedandifavirginmarryshehathnotsinnedNeverthelesssuchshallhavetroubleinthefleshbutIspareyouButthisIsaybrethrenthetimeisshortitremaineththatboththeythathavewivesbeasthoughtheyhadnoneAndtheythatweepasthoughtheyweptnotandtheythatrejoiceasthoughtheyrejoicednotandtheythatbuyasthoughtheypossessednotAndtheythatusethisworldasnotabusingitforthefashionofthisworldpassethawayButIwouldhaveyouwithoutcarefulnessHethatisunmarriedcarethforthethingsthatbelongtotheLordhowhemaypleasetheLordButhethatismarriedcarethforthethingsthatareoftheworldhowhemaypleasehiswifeThereisdifferencealsobetweenawifeandavirginTheunmarriedwomancarethforthethingsoftheLordthatshemaybeholybothinbodyandinspiritbutshethatismarriedcarethforthethingsoftheworldhowshemaypleaseherhusbandAndthisIspeakforyourownprofitnotthatImaycastasnareuponyoubutforthatwhichiscomelyandthatyemayattendupontheLordwithoutdistractionButifanymanthinkthathebehavethhimselfuncomelytowardhisvirginifshepasstheflowerofherageandneedsorequirelethimdowhathewillhesinnethnotletthemmarryNeverthelesshethatstandethstedfastinhishearthavingnonecessitybuthathpoweroverhisownwillandhathsodecreedinhisheartthathewillkeephisvirgindoethwellSothenhethatgivethherinmarriagedoethwellbuthethatgivethhernotinmarriagedoethbetterThewifeisboundbythelawaslongasherhusbandlivethbutifherhusbandbedeadsheisatlibertytobemarriedtowhomshewillonlyintheLordButsheishappierifshesoabideaftermyjudgmentandIthinkalsothatIhavetheSpiritofGodNowastouchingthingsoffereduntoidolsweknowthatweallhaveknowledgeKnowledgepuffethupbutcharityedifiethAndifanymanthinkthatheknowethanythingheknowethnothingyetasheoughttoknowButifanymanloveGodthesameisknownofhimAsconcerningthereforetheeatingofthosethingsthatareofferedinsacrificeuntoidolsweknowthatanidolisnothingintheworldandthatthereisnoneotherGodbutoneForthoughtherebethatarecalledgodswhetherinheavenorinearthastherebegodsmanyandlordsmanyButtousthereisbutoneGodtheFatherofwhomareallthingsandweinhimandoneLordJesusChristbywhomareallthingsandwebyhimHowbeitthereisnotineverymanthatknowledgeforsomewithconscienceoftheidoluntothishoureatitasathingoffereduntoanidolandtheirconsciencebeingweakisdefiledButmeatcommendethusnottoGodforneitherifweeatarewethebetterneitherifweeatnotarewetheworseButtakeheedlestbyanymeansthislibertyofyoursbecomeastumblingblocktothemthatareweakForifanymanseetheewhichhastknowledgesitatmeatintheidolstempleshallnottheconscienceofhimwhichisweakbeemboldenedtoeatthosethingswhichareofferedtoidolsAndthroughthyknowledgeshalltheweakbrotherperishforwhomChristdiedButwhenyesinsoagainstthebrethrenandwoundtheirweakconscienceyesinagainstChristWhereforeifmeatmakemybrothertooffendIwilleatnofleshwhiletheworldstandethlestImakemybrothertooffendAmInotanapostleamInotfreehaveInotseenJesusChristourLordarenotyemyworkintheLordIfIbenotanapostleuntoothersyetdoubtlessIamtoyouforthesealofmineapostleshipareyeintheLordMineanswertothemthatdoexaminemeisthisHavewenotpowertoeatandtodrinkHavewenotpowertoleadaboutasisterawifeaswellasotherapostlesandasthebrethrenoftheLordandCephasOrIonlyandBarnabashavenotwepowertoforbearworkingWhogoethawarfareanytimeathisownchargeswhoplantethavineyardandeatethnotofthefruitthereoforwhofeedethaflockandeatethnotofthemilkoftheflockSayIthesethingsasamanorsaithnotthelawthesamealsoForitiswritteninthelawofMosesThoushaltnotmuzzlethemouthoftheoxthattreadethoutthecornDothGodtakecareforoxenOrsaithheitaltogetherforoursakesForoursakesnodoubtthisiswrittenthathethatplowethshouldplowinhopeandthathethatthreshethinhopeshouldbepartakerofhishopeIfwehavesownuntoyouspiritualthingsisitagreatthingifweshallreapyourcarnalthingsIfothersbepartakersofthispoweroveryouarenotweratherNeverthelesswehavenotusedthispowerbutsufferallthingslestweshouldhinderthegospelofChristDoyenotknowthattheywhichministeraboutholythingsliveofthethingsofthetempleandtheywhichwaitatthealtararepartakerswiththealtarEvensohaththeLordordainedthattheywhichpreachthegospelshouldliveofthegospelButIhaveusednoneofthesethingsneitherhaveIwrittenthesethingsthatitshouldbesodoneuntomeforitwerebetterformetodiethanthatanymanshouldmakemygloryingvoidForthoughIpreachthegospelIhavenothingtogloryoffornecessityislaiduponmeyeawoeisuntomeifIpreachnotthegospelForifIdothisthingwillinglyIhavearewardbutifagainstmywilladispensationofthegospeliscommitteduntomeWhatismyrewardthenVerilythatwhenIpreachthegospelImaymakethegospelofChristwithoutchargethatIabusenotmypowerinthegospelForthoughIbefreefromallmenyethaveImademyselfservantuntoallthatImightgainthemoreAnduntotheJewsIbecameasaJewthatImightgaintheJewstothemthatareunderthelawasunderthelawthatImightgainthemthatareunderthelawTothemthatarewithoutlawaswithoutlawbeingnotwithoutlawtoGodbutunderthelawtoChristthatImightgainthemthatarewithoutlawTotheweakbecameIasweakthatImightgaintheweakIammadeallthingstoallmenthatImightbyallmeanssavesomeAndthisIdoforthegospelssakethatImightbepartakerthereofwithyouKnowyenotthattheywhichruninaracerunallbutonereceiveththeprizeSorunthatyemayobtainAndeverymanthatstrivethforthemasteryistemperateinallthingsNowtheydoittoobtainacorruptiblecrownbutweanincorruptibleIthereforesorunnotasuncertainlysofightInotasonethatbeateththeairButIkeepundermybodyandbringitintosubjectionlestthatbyanymeanswhenIhavepreachedtoothersImyselfshouldbeacastawayMoreoverbrethrenIwouldnotthatyeshouldbeignoranthowthatallourfatherswereunderthecloudandallpassedthroughtheseaAndwereallbaptizeduntoMosesinthecloudandintheseaAnddidalleatthesamespiritualmeatAnddidalldrinkthesamespiritualdrinkfortheydrankofthatspiritualRockthatfollowedthemandthatRockwasChristButwithmanyofthemGodwasnotwellpleasedfortheywereoverthrowninthewildernessNowthesethingswereourexamplestotheintentweshouldnotlustafterevilthingsastheyalsolustedNeitherbeyeidolatersasweresomeofthemasitiswrittenThepeoplesatdowntoeatanddrinkandroseuptoplayNeitherletuscommitfornicationassomeofthemcommittedandfellinonedaythreeandtwentythousandNeitherletustemptChristassomeofthemalsotemptedandweredestroyedofserpentsNeithermurmuryeassomeofthemalsomurmuredandweredestroyedofthedestroyerNowallthesethingshappeneduntothemforensamplesandtheyarewrittenforouradmonitionuponwhomtheendsoftheworldarecomeWhereforelethimthatthinkethhestandethtakeheedlesthefallTherehathnotemptationtakenyoubutsuchasiscommontomanbutGodisfaithfulwhowillnotsufferyoutobetemptedabovethatyeareablebutwillwiththetemptationalsomakeawaytoescapethatyemaybeabletobearitWhereforemydearlybelovedfleefromidolatryIspeakastowisemenjudgeyewhatIsayThecupofblessingwhichwebl
