PaulandTimotheustheservantsofJesusChristtoallthesaintsinChristJesuswhichareatPhilippiwiththebishopsanddeaconsGracebeuntoyouandpeacefromGodourFatherandfromtheLordJesusChristIthankmyGoduponeveryremembranceofyouAlwaysineveryprayerofmineforyouallmakingrequestwithjoyForyourfellowshipinthegospelfromthefirstdayuntilnowBeingconfidentofthisverythingthathewhichhathbegunagoodworkinyouwillperformituntilthedayofJesusChristEvenasitismeetformetothinkthisofyouallbecauseIhaveyouinmyheartinasmuchasbothinmybondsandinthedefenceandconfirmationofthegospelyeallarepartakersofmygraceForGodismyrecordhowgreatlyIlongafteryouallinthebowelsofJesusChristAndthisIpraythatyourlovemayaboundyetmoreandmoreinknowledgeandinalljudgmentThatyemayapprovethingsthatareexcellentthatyemaybesincereandwithoutoffencetillthedayofChristBeingfilledwiththefruitsofrighteousnesswhicharebyJesusChristuntothegloryandpraiseofGodButIwouldyeshouldunderstandbrethrenthatthethingswhichhappeneduntomehavefallenoutratheruntothefurtheranceofthegospelSothatmybondsinChristaremanifestinallthepalaceandinallotherplacesAndmanyofthebrethrenintheLordwaxingconfidentbymybondsaremuchmoreboldtospeakthewordwithoutfearSomeindeedpreachChristevenofenvyandstrifeandsomealsoofgoodwillTheonepreachChristofcontentionnotsincerelysupposingtoaddafflictiontomybondsButtheotherofloveknowingthatIamsetforthedefenceofthegospelWhatthennotwithstandingeverywaywhetherinpretenceorintruthChristispreachedandIthereindorejoiceyeaandwillrejoiceForIknowthatthisshallturntomysalvationthroughyourprayerandthesupplyoftheSpiritofJesusChristAccordingtomyearnestexpectationandmyhopethatinnothingIshallbeashamedbutthatwithallboldnessasalwayssonowalsoChristshallbemagnifiedinmybodywhetheritbebylifeorbydeathFortometoliveisChristandtodieisgainButifIliveinthefleshthisisthefruitofmylabouryetwhatIshallchooseIwotnotForIaminastraitbetwixttwohavingadesiretodepartandtobewithChristwhichisfarbetterNeverthelesstoabideinthefleshismoreneedfulforyouAndhavingthisconfidenceIknowthatIshallabideandcontinuewithyouallforyourfurtheranceandjoyoffaithThatyourrejoicingmaybemoreabundantinJesusChristformebymycomingtoyouagainOnlyletyourconversationbeasitbecomeththegospelofChristthatwhetherIcomeandseeyouorelsebeabsentImayhearofyouraffairsthatyestandfastinonespiritwithonemindstrivingtogetherforthefaithofthegospelAndinnothingterrifiedbyyouradversarieswhichistothemanevidenttokenofperditionbuttoyouofsalvationandthatofGodForuntoyouitisgiveninthebehalfofChristnotonlytobelieveonhimbutalsotosufferforhissakeHavingthesameconflictwhichyesawinmeandnowheartobeinmeIftherebethereforeanyconsolationinChristifanycomfortofloveifanyfellowshipoftheSpiritifanybowelsandmerciesFulfilyemyjoythatyebelikemindedhavingthesamelovebeingofoneaccordofonemindLetnothingbedonethroughstrifeorvainglorybutinlowlinessofmindleteachesteemotherbetterthanthemselvesLooknoteverymanonhisownthingsbuteverymanalsoonthethingsofothersLetthismindbeinyouwhichwasalsoinChristJesusWhobeingintheformofGodthoughtitnotrobberytobeequalwithGodButmadehimselfofnoreputationandtookuponhimtheformofaservantandwasmadeinthelikenessofmenAndbeingfoundinfashionasamanhehumbledhimselfandbecameobedientuntodeatheventhedeathofthecrossWhereforeGodalsohathhighlyexaltedhimandgivenhimanamewhichisaboveeverynameThatatthenameofJesuseverykneeshouldbowofthingsinheavenandthingsinearthandthingsundertheearthAndthateverytongueshouldconfessthatJesusChristisLordtothegloryofGodtheFatherWhereforemybelovedasyehavealwaysobeyednotasinmypresenceonlybutnowmuchmoreinmyabsenceworkoutyourownsalvationwithfearandtremblingForitisGodwhichworkethinyoubothtowillandtodoofhisgoodpleasureDoallthingswithoutmurmuringsanddisputingsThatyemaybeblamelessandharmlessthesonsofGodwithoutrebukeinthemidstofacrookedandperversenationamongwhomyeshineaslightsintheworldHoldingforththewordoflifethatImayrejoiceinthedayofChristthatIhavenotruninvainneitherlabouredinvainYeaandifIbeoffereduponthesacrificeandserviceofyourfaithIjoyandrejoicewithyouallForthesamecausealsodoyejoyandrejoicewithmeButItrustintheLordJesustosendTimotheusshortlyuntoyouthatIalsomaybeofgoodcomfortwhenIknowyourstateForIhavenomanlikemindedwhowillnaturallycareforyourstateForallseektheirownnotthethingswhichareJesusChristsButyeknowtheproofofhimthatasasonwiththefatherhehathservedwithmeinthegospelHimthereforeIhopetosendpresentlysosoonasIshallseehowitwillgowithmeButItrustintheLordthatIalsomyselfshallcomeshortlyYetIsupposeditnecessarytosendtoyouEpaphroditusmybrotherandcompanioninlabourandfellowsoldierbutyourmessengerandhethatministeredtomywantsForhelongedafteryouallandwasfullofheavinessbecausethatyehadheardthathehadbeensickForindeedhewassicknighuntodeathbutGodhadmercyonhimandnotonhimonlybutonmealsolestIshouldhavesorrowuponsorrowIsenthimthereforethemorecarefullythatwhenyeseehimagainyemayrejoiceandthatImaybethelesssorrowfulReceivehimthereforeintheLordwithallgladnessandholdsuchinreputationBecausefortheworkofChristhewasnighuntodeathnotregardinghislifetosupplyyourlackofservicetowardmeFinallymybrethrenrejoiceintheLordTowritethesamethingstoyoutomeindeedisnotgrievousbutforyouitissafeBewareofdogsbewareofevilworkersbewareoftheconcisionForwearethecircumcisionwhichworshipGodinthespiritandrejoiceinChristJesusandhavenoconfidenceinthefleshThoughImightalsohaveconfidenceinthefleshIfanyothermanthinkeththathehathwhereofhemighttrustinthefleshImoreCircumcisedtheeighthdayofthestockofIsraelofthetribeofBenjaminanHebrewoftheHebrewsastouchingthelawaPhariseeConcerningzealpersecutingthechurchtouchingtherighteousnesswhichisinthelawblamelessButwhatthingsweregaintomethoseIcountedlossforChristYeadoubtlessandIcountallthingsbutlossfortheexcellencyoftheknowledgeofChristJesusmyLordforwhomIhavesufferedthelossofallthingsanddocountthembutdungthatImaywinChristAndbefoundinhimnothavingmineownrighteousnesswhichisofthelawbutthatwhichisthroughthefaithofChristtherighteousnesswhichisofGodbyfaithThatImayknowhimandthepowerofhisresurrectionandthefellowshipofhissufferingsbeingmadeconformableuntohisdeathIfbyanymeansImightattainuntotheresurrectionofthedeadNotasthoughIhadalreadyattainedeitherwerealreadyperfectbutIfollowafterifthatImayapprehendthatforwhichalsoIamapprehendedofChristJesusBrethrenIcountnotmyselftohaveapprehendedbutthisonethingIdoforgettingthosethingswhicharebehindandreachingforthuntothosethingswhicharebeforeIpresstowardthemarkfortheprizeofthehighcallingofGodinChristJesusLetusthereforeasmanyasbeperfectbethusmindedandifinanythingyebeotherwisemindedGodshallrevealeventhisuntoyouNeverthelesswheretowehavealreadyattainedletuswalkbythesameruleletusmindthesamethingBrethrenbefollowerstogetherofmeandmarkthemwhichwalksoasyehaveusforanensampleFormanywalkofwhomIhavetoldyouoftenandnowtellyouevenweepingthattheyaretheenemiesofthecrossofChristWhoseendisdestructionwhoseGodistheirbellyandwhosegloryisintheirshamewhomindearthlythingsForourconversationisinheavenfromwhencealsowelookfortheSaviourtheLordJesusChristWhoshallchangeourvilebodythatitmaybefashionedlikeuntohisgloriousbodyaccordingtotheworkingwherebyheisableeventosubdueallthingsuntohimselfThereforemybrethrendearlybelovedandlongedformyjoyandcrownsostandfastintheLordmydearlybelovedIbeseechEuodiasandbeseechSyntychethattheybeofthesamemindintheLordAndIintreattheealsotrueyokefellowhelpthosewomenwhichlabouredwithmeinthegospelwithClementalsoandwithothermyfellowlabourerswhosenamesareinthebookoflifeRejoiceintheLordalwayandagainIsayRejoiceLetyourmoderationbeknownuntoallmenTheLordisathandBecarefulfornothingbutineverythingbyprayerandsupplicationwiththanksgivingletyourrequestsbemadeknownuntoGodAndthepeaceofGodwhichpassethallunderstandingshallkeepyourheartsandmindsthroughChristJesusFinallybrethrenwhatsoeverthingsaretruewhatsoeverthingsarehonestwhatsoeverthingsarejustwhatsoeverthingsarepurewhatsoeverthingsarelovelywhatsoeverthingsareofgoodreportiftherebeanyvirtueandiftherebeanypraisethinkonthesethingsThosethingswhichyehavebothlearnedandreceivedandheardandseeninmedoandtheGodofpeaceshallbewithyouButIrejoicedintheLordgreatlythatnowatthelastyourcareofmehathflourishedagainwhereinyewerealsocarefulbutyelackedopportunityNotthatIspeakinrespectofwantforIhavelearnedinwhatsoeverstateIamtherewithtobecontentIknowbothhowtobeabasedandIknowhowtoaboundeverywhereandinallthingsIaminstructedbothtobefullandtobehungrybothtoaboundandtosufferneedIcandoallthingsthroughChristwhichstrengthenethmeNotwithstandingyehavewelldonethatyedidcommunicatewithmyafflictionNowyePhilippiansknowalsothatinthebeginningofthegospelwhenIdepartedfromMacedonianochurchcommunicatedwithmeasconcerninggivingandreceivingbutyeonlyForeveninThessalonicayesentonceandagainuntomynecessityNotbecauseIdesireagiftbutIdesirefruitthatmayaboundtoyouraccountButIhaveallandaboundIamfullhavingreceivedofEpaphroditusthethingswhichweresentfromyouanodourofasweetsmellasacrificeacceptablewellpleasingtoGodButmyGodshallsupplyallyourneedaccordingtohisrichesinglorybyChristJesusNowuntoGodandourFatherbegloryforeverandeverAmenSaluteeverysaintinChristJesusThebrethrenwhicharewithmegreetyouAllthesaintssaluteyouchieflytheythatareofCaesarshouseholdThegraceofourLordJesusChristbewithyouallAmen
